The challenge we faced with Kit Clark Senior Services was finding a way of including a description of the many different programs offered by the agency while also making the video emotionally appealing to viewers. Fortunately the agency's director was extremely articulate. Her comments served as background narrative throughout the video. We then added responses from program participants to illustrate the enormous benefit these services provided to seniors and their family members.
