RE/MAX of New England asked us to produce a video program that their broker/owners could use to recruit new agents. We interviewed a number of successful brokers and agents from several different states about their personal experiences as RE/MAX associates. They, along with the New England regional director, described the benefits agents gain when they join RE/MAX. They spoke about the technological tools, educational and training opportunities and practical aspects of the company’s unique structure, as well as the collaborative culture of the organization. One of the more important reasons a number of agents found their work satisfying was the access through RE/MAX’s alliances with two national charities, to give back to their communities. To help emphasize the important points being made in the interviews, the program included footage of the agents at work, interacting with customers and using the sales tools RE/MAX provides. |
