Since 1989, Janet Boynton has been an independent video producer, directing and editing programs primarily for non-profit organizations and community institutions. Her past experiences include serving as co-publisher, photographer and feature editor for The Provincetown Advocate, a weekly newspaper on Cape Cod, and vice president of NAD Electronics an international consumer electronics company headquartered in London. Her responsibilities at NAD included overseeing their in-house graphics department which developed advertising materials in five languages for use in 25 countries.
We are fortunate to be located in the Boston area where there are a great many talented professionals to help us give our video programs high production quality. They include skilled cinematographers and sound engineers who have experience filming for large corporations, national broadcast corporations and major film studios. We also use a script writer and a music composer who have years of experience creating for film and video.
Behind the scenes we draw on the expertise of people with a variety of skills specific to each project. Daniel Boynton serves in an advisory capacity to Smith Hill Productions in regard to videos which focus on fund raising, public relations and client recruitment campaigns.Dan is the founder and former chief executive officer of Bay Cove Human Services, a large non-profit mental health agency in Boston. His statewide advocacy roles included two years as president of the Massachusetts Council of Human Service Providers.
